The town will start building a 2.5-meter-tall net, as long as a cricket pitch, next week, said an official from Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi Prefecture, on Friday. He added, “It’s sad we have to do this because some tourists don’t follow rules, leaving trash and ignoring traffic rules.”

However, amidst the beauty and allure, there’s a darker side to the story. Recent years have seen a rise in incidents of smoking, littering, and unauthorized parking in parking lots reserved for hospital visitors.

To deal with this, the town has had to step in. Security guards are now around to make sure everyone follows the rules. And soon, they’ll even put up a big net to block the view of Mount Fuji from the store.

Rules exist for a reason. Whether it’s traffic regulations, guidelines in public places, or even just social norms, rules help maintain order and ensure everyone’s safety and well-being. By following them, we contribute to a harmonious environment where everyone can coexist peacefully.

As visitors to this stunning region, it’s our responsibility to cherish and protect the natural wonders that make it so special. Let’s remember to tread lightly, respect the rules, and leave nothing behind but footprints. Only then can we ensure that places like Mt. Fuji Lawson continue to inspire awe and wonder for generations to come.
