The mouth watering smell and freshly steamed momos is actually called dumplings. Since child, i have become addicted to these delights.I eat it almost every month. Preparing this dish is very fun.It has become part of the meal in almost all of the Nepali home .Nepalese style momos is very juicy and quite softSo, without doing any delay lets cook it

it only takes 45 mins approx…
Here are the ingredients for filing momo. Since its a little bit lengthy process but dont give up(頑張りましょう)
.Two tablespoon of sunflower oil
.Two cups of all purpose flour and 1/3rd cup of water to make your own dough
.200 gm Chicken which are properly minced.(we can make momos by using only vegetables )
.One medium onion, properly chopped and teaspoon of salt
.garlic cloves and ginger minced.(As per your taste)
.One teaspoon roasted cumin seeds and Coriander seeds.
.Half cup of fresh green shallot thinly chopped and a little bit mushrooms.
.One medium medium tomato finely chopped,2 green chilli
Until it turns into a soft dough (shouldn’t be sticky), mix the water and the flour. Divide the small dough into a small 4 – 5 cm ball .Sprinkle some flour while making the ball, Please remember (prevent the ball from sticking )and roll the small ball into a 4 – 5 cm diameter.
Make the paste of roasted cumin and coriander seeds, garlic, ginger and chilli. Add all other ingredients in a bowl and add a paste. Mix all well and leave the mixture in the freeze for about half an hour.
It’s the hardest part I guess. But don’t panic if wrappings don’t look perfect because they’re going to taste delicious. Dropping some water inside the wrapper’s edge. By bringing all the edges together, fill the wonton wrap with a full mixture and wrap. If you know how to use chopsticks serve with chopsticks.We can use fork as well
Heat oil in the pan. Add ginger, garlic and salt, and fry until brown. Add tomatoes and let it cook until tomatoes are just soft.cover the lid of the pan. Add all the remaining ingredients, including above mix, in the mixture and make a thin paste.Put some water if the chutney is too thick you can add some hot water to make it a bit thin. Dropping some water inside the wrapper’s edge. By bringing all the edges together, fill the wonton wrap with a full mixture and wrap. And…. IT`S ready!!!
Add some oil to the Dumpling steamer . Keep each dumplings close( shouldn’t be touch each other) because it may be difficult to separate them after they are cooked.
